For The Edinburgh Restaurant Festival we have launched a very exciting taster menu – The Wee Tour of Scotland.
The Wee Tour of Scotland tasting menu offers diners the chance to taste the best of Scotland’s produce and is a great way of sampling an array of Paul Wedgwood’s inventive dishes.
For only £50.00 per person indulge yourself in five courses of inspired Scottish dishes. Each course has been specially created by Paul to showcase the best of Scotland.
All the ingredients used in the Wee Tour of Scotland menu have been sourced from local Scottish farms, seas and businesses. These ingredients include; Little Doone Ayrshire balsamic marmalade, Scrabster Monkfish, Creel caught Isle of Skye Langoustine and Wild Highland Venison.
