Chef Paul has taken over the kitchen and private dining room at Miele, Level 1 of the St James Quarter, just by the entrance of Mulltrees Walk and will be cooking up an exciting menu featuring the best of local Scottish produce.

The Miele dining room is perfect, seating 12 guests on one long table and 4 additional guests can get up close and personal with Chef Paul and sit at the Kitchen island.
